The Sales & Operations Manager will work directly alongside the Co-Founders and management team to oversee the day-to-day execution of the business. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination between sales, customers, production, logistics, marketing, and administration while always ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience from first contact through final delivery. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, building relationships, improving processes, and helping a growing company scale. They are equally comfortable speaking with customers, coordinating freight, motivating a sales team, and making operational decisions that keep the business moving. The Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete customer lifecycle—from quotation and order processing through shipment, delivery, follow-up, and repeat business. As the company grows, this individual will become one of the key leaders responsible for helping drive the organization’s success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered. 3-5+ years of experience in sales, operations, manufacturing, distribution, customer service, or a related leadership role. Proven ability to manage customer relationships, coordinate operations, lead multiple departments and execute on priorities. Experience with CRM platforms and business software; familiarity with QuickBooks or comparable ERP/accounting systems is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results. Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, automotive, construction, or a related B2B industry is highly preferred. Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000; based on experience and qualifications.
