Flexible Nurse Practitioner - In-Home Medicare Visits (DE)

The Judge Group is seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage Members in Delaware with one of the largest healthcare providers. A House Calls Nurse Practitioner will complete annual health assessments on patients in a defined county, with visits typically ranging 45–90 minutes. Hours are Monday–Sunday 8 am–8 pm, with weekend hours possible and ongoing contract opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group
