Business Operations - Strategy Director

Direct optimization of core business operations across finance, workforce planning, performance management, data analysis, supplier coordination, and operational strategy Lead functional teams and synthesize complex information into executive-ready recommendations Direct tactical and operational activities to ensure efficiency, reliability, and business alignment Manage supplier relationships, including cost management and performance evaluation Identify, design, and implement process and technology improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership on technology strategies and organizational goals Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Support and execute operational technology strategies and initiatives Identify opportunities to integrate innovative solutions Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members and/or lower-level managers Communicate operational status, risks, and strategic improvement plans to senior stakeholders and executive leadership Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles Extensive knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management Proficiency in standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Experience leading business operations, finance, workforce planning, strategy, performance management, or related functions in a technology-driven environment Ability to synthesize complex financial, workforce, operational, and delivery data into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations Experience building financial models, business cases, capacity plans, dashboards, or analytical tools Strong consulting, solutioning, and executive storytelling skills Ability to lead teams, strengthen operating routines, and ensure deliverables are accurate, thoughtful, and fully developed Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive knowledge in business operations, technology applications, and operational management, with a strong ability to synthesize complex data into executive-ready recommendations.
