Engineering Manager - Manufacturing / Metal Fabrication

Manufacturing / Metal Fabrication
This company is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing and engineering operations in a metal fabrication environment. This role is responsible for improving production processes, supporting quality assurance activities, and leading technical projects in collaboration with production teams and headquarters.
Key Responsibilities

Lead production line planning and process improvement initiatives
Support manufacturing operations and resolve technical issues
Coordinate with Production, QA, and Headquarters Engineering teams
Support new product launches and customer projects
Assist with quality assurance activities and customer issue resolution
Train and develop production staff on technical processes
Analyze production and QA data to improve efficiency and product quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
8+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
Experience with ISO 9001 / 14001 procedures
Knowledge of testing and measuring tools used in metal fabrication
Strong Excel, project management, and leadership skills
Ability to coach teams and solve technical problems in a fast-paced environment
