RESPONSIBILITIES:- Guide clients through the buying and selling process with personalized service.
- Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and local market trends.
- Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and tours.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms.
- Prepare and present detailed property listings with photos and pricing.
- Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals.
Full Commission ($75000 - $150000 yearly)
Real Estate Professionals earn money for each transaction they complete. As you make more transactions, you earn more income. After a few years of disciplined work, it's not unusual for a Real Estate Agent to be earning $75000 - $150000 yearly or more.
