Individual will be responsible for build team staffing, cost, schedule and quality performance. Expected to manage concurrent design and build activities. Required to implement new technologies and provide motivation to the build teams. Required to report out and brief multiple levels of leadership within the company and customer. Must exhibit Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors and deploy a 1LMX culture and continuous improvement mindset onto the programs. This is a key role that will be shaping the current execution approach on multiple programs. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
