Posted: Jun 3, 2026 Customer Care Specialist Norix – West Chicago, IL Full‑time Salary: $21.50 – $21.50 per hour Application Deadline: N/A Manufacturing Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am – 4:30pm with a 30‑minute lunch Duties Account management, maintenance & record‑keeping Manage tax‑exemption status, file tax certificates & delivery forms Enter orders, manage/escalate concerns Interact with customers/sales via email/phone Support sales/business‑development initiatives Communicate & collect payment for pre‑pays Provide order status, tracking & help expedite deliveries Research/document delays/issues Communicate delays to customers Resolve delivery issues Manage customer complaints, replacements, warranties & returns Issue credits, send order acknowledgements, compose letters to customers Answer phone calls not answered by reception Other duties as needed Required Skills Empathetic listener Great communication skills Problem solver Experience High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of customer service experience Inside sales or manufacturing experience a plus Benefits Base of $21.50 per hour with an annual bonus up to 10% PTO/holidays BCBS medical Company‑paid dental, disability, life insurance (for employees) 401(k) with competitive match #J-18808-Ljbffr Valley Industrial Association of Illinois
