Job Title: RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00-07:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of med/surg or ortho experience required. License: RN license required. Certifications: ACLS/BLS required. Must-Have: Post-operative care management with a multidisciplinary team. Description: Unit Profile: Number of Beds: 24 Patient Ratios: 1:5, 1:6 max Unit staffing description: 1 unit secretary on days, 2 techs days/nights Type of equipment: Hill Rom, Pyxis, Welch Allyn Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling special requirements: Every other weekend required Floating policy: Based on house needs Unit Specifics: Experience in post-operative care and trauma preferred. General comments: This facility is well-known for its burn center, which sees more than 3,000 patients annually. Other noteworthy services include programs that help patients regain mobility as quickly and safely as possible and an emergency room known for short wait times.
