Global Product Manager - Tap Changers

Responsibilities Drive business success and innovation through end-to-end product lifecycle management Analyzing sales, margins, costs, and trends to ensure competitiveness and financial sustainability Defining segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategies Monitoring technology trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continuously evolve offerings Working closely with engineering, sales, and application teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong execution Interacting with key customers to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and incorporate feedback into product development Supporting internal teams with marketing materials and training to ensure a strong understanding of the value proposition across the organization Requirements A university degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (a business degree is a plus) Strong industry knowledge of transformers and tap changers, including services and monitoring solutions 7+ years of experience in areas such as Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, or Service in a global environment Demonstrated ability to build and manage B2B relationships and partnerships A results-oriented mindset, combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a collaborative and solutions-driven approach Experience working across different countries and cultures Willingness to travel approximately 10–30% Certifications & Qualifications University Degree in Electrical Engineering University Degree in Mechanical Engineering #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
