Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret social media metrics across platforms to provide insights that support marketing goals. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators and social media managers, to align data-driven insights with content strategy. Track and report on campaign performance, audience demographics, engagement trends, and growth metrics. Develop visually clear and compelling reports and dashboards to showcase social media performance to stakeholders. Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improving reach and engagement. Identify and address any gaps or inefficiencies in data collection to ensure the accuracy of insights. Job Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on social media data and performance. Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or native platform insights).
