Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in high volume restaurants as a Line Cook Proficiency in preparing and cooking items efficiently Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for up to 8 to 10 hours Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented with high quality and consistency Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to food safety guidelines Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed Benefits: - Competitive salary ranging from $28-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience and position. - Employee meal discounts. - Health benefits (if applicable). - Tipped position
