Legal Operations Specialist

Base pay range $65.00/hr - $75.00/hr Position A well-established advertising technology company is seeking a senior-level legal operations professional to step in during a period of transition and help keep the legal function running smoothly. This role will support a broad range of work, including 1) managing commercial contract and procurement workflows; 2) overseeing legal intakes; 3) coordinating privacy‑related requests; and 4) partnering closely with business teams and outside counsel. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable operating autonomously, and able to juggle multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, lean environment. Prior experience in tech or consumer‑facing companies is helpful, and a solid understanding of privacy concepts is especially important given the nature of the business.
