Position Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Engage in collaborative care team meetings and interdisciplinary conferences to ensure cohesive care delivery
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualifications from a recognized program
Licensure and Certifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Preferred CPR certification
- Additional specialized certifications (e.g., geriatric, neurological) are a plus but not mandatory
Essential Skills
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is highly preferred
