Member Specialist – New Location: Kyle, Texas We are looking for a service-driven professional to join our branch network. This entry-level position offers paid training, and an opportunity to advance with skills-based pay increases, monthly bonuses, and career growth. Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services for members including passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties. Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members. Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists. Be available during branch hours of operation: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Qualifications Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment. Advanced customer service skills. Ability to work overtime. Ability to travel locally when necessary. Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics. Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines. Requirements A high school diploma or GED. Successful completion of background check and drug screening. Ability to qualify for Property and Casualty License.
