What You’ll Be Doing As a Server at Willow Spring Mercantile, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding service to guests in both our bistro wine cellar and boutique wine shop. Sharing your knowledge of wine and spirits to enhance the guest experience. Assisting with lunch service in our scratch kitchen, where every dish is thoughtfully curated. Collaborating with a small, family‑oriented team to maintain a welcoming and seamless dining atmosphere. Supporting the overall operations of our boutique, which features unique gifts, wines, and spirits. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who brings: At least 1 year of experience in a server role, preferably in upscale dining or a similar setting. Knowledge of wine and spirits—this is a must! A team‑oriented mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Availability to work 20‑35 hours per week , depending on business needs and your schedule.
