Public Utilities General Counsel & Regulatory Strategist

The Public Utility District is seeking a General Counsel to provide professional and timely legal advice to the District management and staff. Responsibilities include advising on local, state and federal laws, contract issues, regulations and litigation, and policy management to ensure compliance with licenses and reliability standards.
