Associate Labor & Employment Attorney - Dallas

An established boutique commercial law firm with a highly collegial environment is currently seeking an Associate Labor & Employment Attorney to join their team full-time. This position is for an associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join the firm's Labor & Employment Law Practice Group. The firm represents employers across the spectrum of employment-related matters, including advice and counsel, training, and litigation. This partnership-track position offers the opportunity to work directly with a highly specialized team and build a sophisticated employment law practice, backed by the resources of a full-service firm. Location This position is primarily in-person in a Dallas office, located downtown. Skills and Requirements Employer side employment law experience is required. Candidates must be licensed in Texas, with preference for admission to the federal district courts in Texas. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and litigation experience will be appreciated. 3-6 years of experience practicing L&E law - in Texas preferably Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term Pay is competitive for an individual with similar experience.
