Director of Project Management Regular Full-Time Senior Management Cerritos, CA, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 3314 Salary Range: $125,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually Lead special projects under the Creative Operations team, defining and implementing strategies that align with organizational objectives ensuring successful execution and completion. Major Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Strategically develop and manage project plans, budget, scope and resources. Lead and manage project teams, both internal and external partners. Identify and manage risks associated with the project; provide timely updates to stakeholders. Create and manage project budgets. Follow all regulations related to projects and ensure they’re in compliance. Competencies Strategic leadership: align project goals with company objectives, make high-level decisions and foster collaboration. Effective communication: tailor complex updates to executives and partners while managing expectations. Organizational acumen: manage budgets, timelines and resource allocation across multiple projects. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, project management. 5+ years of leadership experience with a demonstrated history of leading teams and managing multiple projects. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
