Step into the spotlight as our Concession Stand Supervisor, leading a fun, fast-paced food service team. Deliver outstanding customer service that keeps guests coming back. Handle the cash register with accuracy, efficiency, and a friendly attitude. Use your supervisory experience to motivate staff, delegate tasks, and keep operations smooth. Show off your cooking experience by preparing fresh, tasty concession favorites. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked stand throughout every shift. Ensure food safety and follow proper procedures for prep, service, and storage. Troubleshoot issues on the fly and keep the team upbeat during busy rushes. Weekend availability is essential, as you'll support key school events and games. Ideal for a reliable, energetic leader who thrives in a lively, guest-focused setting.
Schedule: Wednesday- Sunday 1 PM- 8:30 PM Some weekends off, as scheduled for away games
Pay Type: $25.00 - $27.00 Hourly Time Commitment: Full Time

Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing. Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members, providing service with a smile. Oversee the preparation of menu items in strict accordance with both SAGE recipes and HACCP guidelines. Clean all work areas, equipment, and guest service areas on an ongoing basis. Assist with inventory and ordering. Train, motivate, and oversee Cooks and culinary Team Members. Set a good example each day by being a role model and leader in the kitchen.
Culinary degree or equivalent culinary experience required. Strong organizational skills required. Experience delegating tasks and following up with Team Members. Capacity to train and motivate others. ServSAFE certification preferred, but not required. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
