Seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Inspector to join a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has strong aerospace experience, expert blueprint reading skills , and a solid understanding of GD&T, AS9100, and AS9102 standards .
Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished aerospace components
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications
• Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges
• Complete Router documentation and AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and AS9102 quality standards
• Maintain accurate inspection records and verify requirements before product release
• Work closely with the QA Manager and production team in a fast-paced job shop environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable aerospace industry experience required
• Expert blueprint reading and strong GD&T knowledge required
• Experience working with AS9100 and AS9102 standards
• Strong shop math and documentation skills
• CMM and CAD experience is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
