Hourly Rate : $33 to $36 base (plus commissions); actual base pay may vary based on various factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, level and experience.

About the Role

Working in partnership with the National Sales Manager (PNA) and the International Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for growing and developing all Panache North America sales within your assigned territory through a consultative business partnership with multi-branded independent retail accounts and Key-Accounts. Your goal is to drive significant business growth by prospecting, opening new accounts, and expanding our existing customer base to achieve or exceed unit sales, revenue, and profit targets. You will also focus on improving customer engagement, responsiveness, and overall service within the territory.

About you

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about intimate apparel, thrives in a consultative sales environment, and has a proven ability to build long-term partnerships with store owners and buyers. Success in this role requires strong sales acumen, territory management skills, and the ability to drive profitable growth across multiple accounts and locations.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Present new collections and core product ranges to both existing and prospective customers to increase assortments and sales across all brands.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all accounts within the territory.
• Collaborate daily with the PNA home office regarding shipments, order status, and customer support.
• Meet all reporting and administrative deadlines, including expenses, weekly call reports, travel authorizations, and itineraries.
• Communicate regularly with internal departments to share up-to-date information and ensure seamless customer service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing expert product and brand knowledge.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product lines, seasonal updates, and brand initiatives.
• Execute special projects and process improvements as assigned.
• Provide comprehensive weekly updates to the National Sales Manager (PNA)

Skills and Qualifications

Essential

• 3-5+ years of wholesale, territory, specialty retail, or intimate apparel sales experience.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple accounts across a large geographic territory.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively including overnight stays as needed.

Preferred

• Wholesale experience selling lingerie, intimate apparel, swimwear, fashion or sports products.
• Existing relationships within the specialty lingerie, sport, and or swim retail channel.
• Multi-store account management experience.
• Trade show and market appointment experience.
