About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the company's long-term strategy, with a focus on continuous improvement of financial processes and controls. This includes day-to-day management of all financial activities, from operations and accounting to budgeting, capital planning, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, operational excellence, and the implementation of financial systems and controls. They will also lead the team in capital raising, acquisitions, and ensure the financial health of the organization. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive financial leadership experience, with a strong background in high-growth startup environments. An undergraduate degree in accounting is required, with a preference for an MBA and/or CPA. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in driving operational efficiencies, strong financial analytical skills, and experience in ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for a mission-driven culture, capable of building and leading a finance and accounting team to support the organization's growth. Relationship management, both internal and external, is also a key aspect of the role.
