Pay $19.00 $22.75 per hour Pay rate varies based on shift assignment Job Responsibilities As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations by: Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records Preparing standard reports and spreadsheets Collecting, organizing, recording, and filing information Completing rating and billing functions Providing administrative support to warehouse operations Performing additional duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Two or more years of clerical or administrative experience Logistics, transportation, or warehouse industry experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Required Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions Strong problem-solving and time management skills Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate computer equipment and office devices Ability to communicate effectively through speaking and hearing Close vision and the ability to adjust focus when working with computer screens and documents
