HR Generalist

In this role, you will administer HR and payroll for their Fort Worth manufacturing plant. Relevant degree, 3+ years of HR and 2+ years of payroll administration in food manufacturing. $60-70k base salary plus annual bonus potential Life, LTD, STD 401(k) PTO & holiday pay Key Responsibilities and Goals: Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time, including collecting and verifying time records, reconciling payroll, transmitting payroll, and validating reports. Maintain payroll records and prepare reports for records, management review, and audits. Ensure compliance with state and federal wage laws and maintain confidentiality of HR information. Enter and update payroll, administrative, hire, change, and employee data in ADP WFN and related systems. Audit agency reports and invoices, resolve issues, complete scheduled tasks, and coordinate with providers. Support HR office operations, service standards, and clerical tasks including mail, copying, scanning, filing, and shredding Competencies Needed for Success: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing business. 2+ years of payroll processing experience required. ADP WFN/ADI experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to work with all management levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
