HR Generalist: Leave & Compliance Specialist
Equipment Depot
Equipment Depot is seeking an HR Generalist to administer employee leave programs, accommodations, and COBRA while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You will act as the primary HR liaison for employees and managers, with back-up onboarding and termination responsibilities as needed. The role requires a Bachelor's in HR and 3+ years' experience in leaves and accommodations, with strong knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ADA, and related regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Equipment Depot
