Bilingual HR Generalist

Salary: USD58000 - USD60000 per year Roth Staffing is currently recruiting for two different HR roles in Fort Worth, TX Salary: $55-$60K per year Direct Hire; Perm Bilingual English/Mandarin We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing and supporting a variety of HR functions, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This individual will serve as a trusted resource to employees and leadership, providing expertise across a wide range of HR disciplines. Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interview, and facilitating the new hire onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition. Provide support to employees and managers on workplace issues, conflict resolutions, and fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and engagement. Administer company policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Stay informed of HR regulations and recommend updates to align with legal changes or best practices. Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, assist with open enrollment, address questions or concerns, and serve point of contact for benefits-related matters. Support employee development by coordinating performance management processes, assisting with goal setting, and providing feedback to improve individual and team performance. Collaborate with leadership to coordinate training sessions and development programs that align with employee needs and organizational goals. Process accurate and timely payroll for salaried and hourly employees through the company’s payroll system while ensuring compliance with policies, labor laws, and state & federal regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required A minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in Human Resources role. HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus. Advance Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred JOB DESCRIPTION Paycom system experience is a plus Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently when necessary.
