Bilingual HR Generalist

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join a client in Fort Worth. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite. Candidates must be bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Mandarin. This role is responsible for supporting and managing a broad range of HR functions, promoting a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The HR Generalist will serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, providing guidance across multiple HR disciplines. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new-hire onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive transition. Provide guidance to employees and managers on workplace issues, conflict resolution, and employee relations while fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and engagement. Administer company policies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; stay current with regulatory updates and recommend policy adjustments as needed. Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, support open enrollment, address employee questions, and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related matters. Support employee development by coordinating performance management activities, assisting with goal setting, and providing feedback to strengthen individual and team performance. Partner with leadership to coordinate training sessions and development programs aligned with organizational needs and strategic goals. Process accurate and timely payroll for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and state/federal labor regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required. Bilingual in English/Spanish. 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred. Experience with Paycom is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently. Knowledge of current employment laws and HR best practices, particularly related to recruitment.
