We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas in a contract capacity with the potential for a permanent position. This role supports essential human resources operations while helping create a well-organized, responsive, and positive experience for employees across the organization. The position will contribute across onboarding, records administration, benefits support, payroll coordination, and bilingual HR communication in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the employee onboarding process by preparing materials, guiding new employees through required steps, and helping ensure a consistent and welcoming start to employment.
• Maintain organized and confidential personnel files while updating employment records, status changes, and other documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR forms, employment verification requests, and routine policy or process matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Support benefits administration by assisting with enrollments, coverage changes, open enrollment activities, and follow-up with insurance carriers when issues arise.
• Prepare and review payroll-related information, including time records, attendance details, and pay updates, to help ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Work closely with payroll and finance partners to investigate discrepancies, resolve data issues, and support compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Help develop, revise, and maintain job descriptions, employee handbook content, workplace policies, and procedural documents to keep HR resources current and consistent.
• Provide bilingual HR communication in English and Spanish, including employee support and translation of HR materials, announcements, and policy-related documents.
• Contribute to a positive employee experience by supporting day-to-day HR administration and helping address workforce needs in a diverse, fast-paced setting.• At least 3 years of experience in human resources, including hands-on work in generalist, coordinator, or HR administration functions.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats.
• Working knowledge of employee onboarding, personnel documentation, benefits support, and payroll coordination.
• Familiarity with HR compliance practices and the handling of confidential employee information with a high degree of professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a deadline-driven environment.
• Effective interpersonal and customer service skills, with a practical approach to supporting employees and resolving routine HR matters.
• Experience using HRIS platforms; exposure to payroll systems is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
