Human Resources Generalist

Our client, a growing and operationally focused organization, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a high-volume manufacturing facility in Fort Worth. This is a hands-on, floor-facing HR role where success is driven by your ability to build strong relationships and trust with operations leaders and frontline employees. You’ll act as a true partner to the business—providing practical, real-time HR support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Partner directly with supervisors and managers on employee relations, coaching, and performance management Build credibility and trust across a large, hourly workforce (150-250+ employees) in a multi-shift operation Support full-cycle recruitment and high-volume hiring needs Lead and support workplace investigations, discipline, and conflict resolution Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives Ensure compliance with employment standards while balancing operational realities What We’re Looking For 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar environments Strong employee relations experience in a hands-on setting Proven ability to build trust and influence operations leaders Experience supporting hourly, multi-shift workforces Practical, solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Proficiency with HR systems including payroll and timekeeping platforms (e.g., ADP, Kronos, or equivalent tools) Non-union facility Primarily day shift, with flexibility to support off-shifts as needed High level of visibility and interaction on the production floor Why This Role High-impact position with direct exposure to operations leadership Opportunity to shape culture and employee experience at the site level Broad HR generalist scope in a dynamic, fast-paced environment This is an opportunity to step into a visible, impactful role where HR is a true partner to the business and plays a key role in shaping culture and performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
