Human Resources Coordinator

Essential Duties and Tasks Administer policies & procedures Assist in the Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Orientation Processes following all Federal, Local and Company requirements Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems Assist in the Performance Management, employee relations and audit Processes Supports the administration of Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit programs Prepares reports as requested by leadership teams All other duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
