Community Impact Manager

The Community Impact Manager leads United Way of Chatham County’s collective impact initiatives in support of the organization’s mission anditsBold Goal to move 2,000 people out of poverty. This position serves as a backbone leader for collaborative community efforts that address the root causes of poverty and improve outcomes for children and families. Working in partnership with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, schools, healthcare providers, businessesand community members, the Community Impact Managerconvenesstakeholders,facilitatescross-sector collaboration, coordinates sharedstrategiesandmanages community data and reporting effortsacross collective impact initiatives. The Community Impact Manager serves as the primary staff lead for the Chatham Housing Collective (CHC) and the Chatham Success Network (CSN), while supporting the development and implementation ofadditionalcommunity impact strategies aligned with United Way’s mission and Bold Goal. #J-18808-Ljbffr United Way Worldwide
