CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Job Details: Job Location: Medical Office Building (MOB) - Oklahoma City, OK, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Days, CSR (Front Desk) is responsible for welcoming patients to McBride. Acts as a liaison for patients to and from the departments and locations. Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED. Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents and policy/procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and other database systems.
