Responsibilities Build and maintain positive client relationships. Answer questions regarding products, services, and company offerings. Support client follow-ups and relationship-building activities. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and engagement. Provide clear and professional product and service information. Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives. Assist with promotional and customer outreach activities. Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-ups. Communicate client feedback and questions to appropriate team members. Collaborate with colleagues to support customer and business objectives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong listening and relationship-building abilities. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Good organizational and time management skills. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
