Job Title Express Employment Professionals is looking for a motivated and hard‑working individual to work as an Extrusion Assistant in the Waterford, NY area. Pay Rate $19.00/hr (Day shift) $20.50/hr (Afternoon/Evening Shift) Benefits Medical Insurance Accident Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Hospital Indemnity Work Schedule 12‑hour shifts, 4 days a week. Shifts include 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Responsibilities Operate production equipment. Build products as per work instructions. Contribute to a mistake‑proof process by ensuring quality through attention to detail. Perform daily/weekly preventative maintenance of equipment. Maintain a safe, clean and organized workspace following 5S principles. Maintain records and ensure tight inventory control and security. Skills / Experience Required Basic computer skills. Previous manufacturing experience. Experience in plastics blow molding, plastics extrusion, or plastics injection molding is a must. Operate production equipment and build products as per work instructions. Contribute to a mistake‑proof process by ensuring quality through attention to detail. Perform daily/weekly preventative maintenance of equipment. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing/sitting. Regular use of hands. Lifting and moving objects ranging from 10–50 pounds.
