What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified drivers to meet client needs.
- Be the go-to connection between clients and field staff, ensuring service excellence.
- Follow up on placements to keep relationships strong.
- Grow accounts by uncovering new opportunities.
- Resolve challenges for field staff with professionalism and speed.
- Handle all compliance paperwork with precision and timeliness.
- Keep communication flowing with clients, prospects, sales reps, and your team.

What We're Looking For:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Transportation recruiting or staffing experience? Huge plus!
- A self-starter with the drive to win, the skill to connect, and the hustle to deliver.
