Job Description Job Description Onsite Staffing Coordinator – Warehouse ** Location: ** Suwanee, GA ** Pay: ** $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience ** Job Type: ** Full-Time We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Onsite Staffing Coordinator to manage employees at one of our warehouse client locations in Suwanee, GA. This position will be the main point of contact between our staffing company, our employees, and the client. We need someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handling day-to-day employee needs. Responsibilities Check employees in and monitor daily attendance Track call-outs, tardiness, no-shows, and headcount Communicate daily with warehouse supervisors and management Help coordinate schedules and replacement employees Assist with employee onboarding and orientations Address employee questions and workplace concerns Monitor employee performance and professionalism Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records Assist with recruiting when additional employees are needed Help ensure employees follow company and warehouse safety policies Provide regular updates to staffing management Requirements Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, warehouse, or supervisory experience preferred ** Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred ** Strong communication and people skills Reliable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, email, and basic Microsoft Office Able to handle multiple employees and priorities at once Must be comfortable working onsite inside a warehouse environment Compensation ** $18.00–$20.00/hour depending on experience ** This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the staffing and recruiting industry.
