Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals, interventions, and progress evaluations.

• Monitor each client’s progress towards therapeutic goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on changing needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, notes, and client progress in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

• Collaborate with other multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure holistic care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on senior clients undergoing detoxification and coping with related mental health challenges. Many of these individuals deal with complex emotional issues stemming from substance abuse, relationship difficulties, or trauma, requiring a sensitive and well-informed approach. Building trusting relationships will be essential to deliver effective therapeutic interventions and promote recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
