Summary The Team Manager supports the Store Director in leading sales, operations, and security teams to achieve commercial targets and elevate the client experience. Acts as second-in-command, overseeing the store when the Director is absent, coaching staff, and driving client development. Focuses on service excellence, talent development, and operational compliance. Responsibilities Coach, guide, and support sales and operations teams to meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets. Assume oversight for the store in the Director's absence and provide visible leadership on the sales floor. Drive client development activities and manage key client relationships to achieve sales and KPIs. Model and coach service standards, act on client feedback and NPS to improve the customer experience. Attract, hire, train, and retain talent; deliver performance management, recognition, and development. Champion operational excellence by managing back‑of‑house efficiency, executing procedures, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Requirements Minimum of 3 years retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer‑related experience. Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of commercial results. Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems, and POS systems. Authorization to work in the United States. Mandarin speaking. College/university degree preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
