Mercury Marine, a division of Brunswick Corporation, is searching for a Business Development Manager to grow the dealer network and increase sales across the defined territory. The role requires coaching, strategic planning, and strong cross-functional collaboration with dealers, OEMs, and customers in a fast-paced environment. The BDM will travel extensively (60% overnight) to dealer locations, boat shows, and events, developing growth plans and ensuring Mercury corporate policies are followed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brunswick Corporation
