Position Summary- LOCATED in SCHERTZ

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packager / Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for packaging products according to quality standards, preparing materials for shipment, inspecting finished goods, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced production setting and is committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Package products according to customer and company specifications
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling
• Assemble packaging materials, boxes, reels, bags, and other components as needed
• Prepare completed orders for shipping and distribution
• Operate basic production and packaging equipment
• Maintain accurate production and packaging records
• Follow all quality control procedures and work instructions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed
• Support other production departments during peak workloads

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and counting skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds
• Repetitive use of hands and arms
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and twist throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills

• Packaging or assembly experience
• Experience working in electronics, medical device, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with quality inspection procedures
• Experience operating production equipment
