$15.50/hour (including premium pay) with 40 (full-time) / 20 (part-time) hours of Paid Time Off upon hire

Your proactive approach will help maintain the safety, security, and smooth functioning of the hotel during nighttime hours, creating a welcoming environment for guests arriving or departing at all hours.

Duties

• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Monitor security systems and perform routine safety checks to safeguard guests and staff.
• Respond swiftly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and maintenance issues.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in the hotel management system and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations confidently and courteously.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest services, phone etiquette, and resort operations if applicable.
• Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
