Door Greeter The Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Door Greeter who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. Work authorization for the location is required. The Role As the first welcoming face of the Hotel, this individual is cordial and professional, able to make quick rapport with guests and residents. Quick to answer guest inquiries and provide knowledgeable resource of the surrounding area as well as the Hotel. Job Functions Respond to Resident support needs with the highest level of timeliness, hospitality and professionalism. Responds to all resident requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residence best practices. Ensure timely and quality-driven completion of service request. Greets and assist guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo. Assists them exiting from cars. Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests. Gives verbal greeting to guests arriving on foot. Provides directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Hails taxis as needed.
