Mortgage Loan Originator
NEXA Lending
This is a full-time remote role as a Mortgage Loan Originator. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients and finding a suitable mortgage solution for them from our portfolio of over 290 qualified lenders. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, assist them in choosing the right loan program, and guide them through the mortgage application process. NEXA allows you to truly be your own boss. Want to work part time and only bring in one or two loans a month? If that works for you, great! Want to build your own mortgage empire, originating dozens of loans a month? We have the tools to help make that happen! If you are new to the industry, the NEXA University will guide you on the path to success. This role is 100% commission - there is no base pay. NEXA Lending, LLC is licensed in 48 states, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. NEXA MLOs are responsible for maintaining their own state licensing, continuing education, and state surety bonds (if applicable). Qualifications NMLS Licensed Loan Originator Expertise in mortgage lending and loan processing Proficient in analyzing financial documents and determining loan eligibility Strong understanding of loan programs and mortgage industry regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Solid understanding of finance and mortgage loan calculations Experience with loan software and systems About NEXA Lending NEXA Lending is a full‑service mortgage company headquartered in Mesa, Arizona.
