Before opening the agency, our agent worked as a bank manager, bringing strong financial knowledge and leadership experience into the insurance industry. With a bachelor's degree in business and a master's in leadership, he leads with energy, enthusiasm, and a true commitment to helping both customers and team members succeed.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Edison Valerio - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
