ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Licensed Insurance Representative at Edison Valerio Insurance Agency Inc., you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand and select insurance products that best meet their individual or business needs. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a smooth and transparent insurance process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide Property & Casualty insurance options tailored to customers’ needs.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and skills.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to sales targets.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall success.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed in Property & Casualty thru the State of Washington
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex information in an understandable way.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus.
