We are seeking a dependable, organized, and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces and ensure all materials and arrangements are ready for scheduled activities. Training and guidance will be available for candidates who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces according to assigned layouts and instructions.
• Arrange tables, chairs, displays, signage, and promotional materials as needed.
• Organize supplies and verify that required materials are available before events begin.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and presentable event areas.
• Support event breakdown by removing materials and returning items to designated storage areas.
• Coordinate with team members to complete setup tasks on schedule.
• Check event spaces for missing items and report any issues promptly.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper handling procedures.
• Provide additional assistance during events as assigned.
