Responsibilities * Assist with setting up event spaces, displays, tables, signage, and promotional materials. * Arrange event equipment and supplies to ensure everything is organized and ready for use. * Help maintain a clean, attractive, and professional event environment. * Support the team with setup, breakdown, and organization before and after activities. * Welcome attendees and provide general assistance during events when needed. * Follow setup instructions and event guidelines while paying attention to detail. * Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule. Minimum requirements: * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative. * Comfortable with hands-on tasks and being active throughout the workday. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Ability to communicate effectively and work well with a team. * Previous event or setup experience is helpful but not required.
