MAINTAIN a seamless flow of staffing and care provision, ensuring cases are STAFFED AT ALL TIMES Administrative Duties, including making phone calls to case managers, clients, caregivers; running errands, etc. Answer & direct phone calls Organize and schedule interviews, orientations, and staff assignments. Maintain up-to-date contact lists of clients, caregivers, case managers, etc. Produce and distribute correspondence such as emails, scans, faxes, etc. Participate in the hiring & orientation process for new hires Assist with HR / Payroll functions as needed Provide support to visitors, caregivers, and clients Help caregivers with Autheticare & ADP App when applicable Conduct client and case manager visits in person when needed Step in to provide direct patient care as a CNA when staffing gaps occur About Partnership for Health: At Partnership for Health, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized home health care.
