Key Responsibilities\n

• Monitor clients' situations continuously, conducting follow-up consultations to evaluate their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, using diverse therapeutic modalities.

• Actively participate in our multi-disciplinary team meetings to collaborate on comprehensive treatment plans that holistically address clients' needs.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments followed by regular ongoing assessments to ensure that the therapy provided remains effective.

• Develop personalized and actionable treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on measurable outcomes and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Bliss Medical Health Care Center, you will predominantly work with individuals, couples, and families struggling with substance abuse issues and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your role will be pivotal in fostering an understanding of the relational and interpersonal dynamics that affect clients’ well-being, guiding them on a journey toward recovery and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State, with no restrictions or disciplinary actions.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in an outpatient setting, contributing to a holistic therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to offering a competitive compensation package.
