Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a holistic understanding of the clients’ mental health challenges, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs, focusing on personal growth, resilience, and coping strategies.

• Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Provide virtual therapy options to clients, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility challenges or preference for remote sessions.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, addiction, and relational issues. Our clients range from couples seeking to strengthen their relationships to families managing transitions. A significant focus is placed on creating equitable and safe therapeutic spaces for all clients, particularly those from marginalized communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid state-issued LMFT license.
\n
• At least 2 years of full-time clinical experience in a counseling setting.
\n
• Proven experience and comfort in working with couples, children, teens, and families, particularly with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in therapeutic modalities that address trauma and addiction.

• Skills in working with underrepresented populations, including but not limited to clients of color and LGBTQIA individuals.

• Previous experience in providing teletherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
